💡 The Role

We’re hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Dimensions to lead survey programming workflows on IBM Dimensions.

You’ll own survey builds, act as the subject matter expert on scripting and data flows, and collaborate with product & engineering to scale Dimensions programming into AI-powered tools.

🔨 What You’ll Do

• Program surveys end-to-end on IBM Dimensions, implementing advanced logic and scripts

• Act as the SME for Dimensions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed

• Test, debug, and validate surveys for usability and accuracy

• Provide structured feedback to product & AI teams on automation workflows

• Collaborate with DP teams to ensure smooth data flow and reporting integration

• Support customer demos showcasing Dimensions-based survey workflows

• Mentor and guide teams on Dimensions-specific survey programming
  
  

🧑‍💻 What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IBM Dimensions survey programming

• Strong knowledge of survey scripting, routing, and data structures in Dimensions

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate across research, DP, and engineering teams

Bonus Points

• Experience integrating Dimensions with SPSS and reporting tools
