Job Description

Role: MES-Apriso Developer

Required Technical Skill Set: Apriso, SQL scripting, Historian, OPC,SCADA & Plant process area knowledge DotNet, WPF, SQL, MVC

Desired Experience Range; 3 to 8 Yrs

Location of Requirement : Pan India

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Apriso, SQL scripting, Historian, OPC,SCADA & Plant process area knowledge DotNet, WPF, SQL, MVC

Functional

• Good understanding of MfG Industry processes
• Knowledge of process automation SDLC
• Good understanding of MESA, ISA95, etc.
• Good understanding of the manufacturing processes used in process industry and relevant IT systems
• Exposure to functions such as Inventory, Quality, Order Management, Plant Performance, etc.
• Experience in understanding Business and KPIs

Technical

• Experience in Supporting, configuring & deploying MES suite for CPG Industries
• Experience on any of the Plant solution implementations.

General

• Experience in managing MES Implementations, Global Roll out and support programs
• Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams successfully.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in process automation using any PLC, SCADA, Control IT Infrastructure
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an IT systems environment

Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Exhaustive technical knowledge and experience in design & development in Apriso ,Flexnet and SQL data bases and scripting

2 Responsible for the day-to-day development, support, maintenance and implementation of Apriso Manufacturing Suite products

3 Should be able to help team in resolving issues related to development, rollout or support, enhancements

4 Should be able to do effective communication with other teams, customers and third party vendors

5 Should have been part of MES deployment (for entire SDLC) which includes experience in planning, designing, architecting, configuring, developing, testing, implementation, integration with other applications, deployment, multi-site roll out, Support, etc.
