MEP/EHS/C&I/Coordinator
- Review and analyze MEP drawing materials, schedules, and programs of work.
- Coordinate all electro-mechanical activities with various site teams.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements by reviewing shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules, and submittals.
- Engage with authorities at project start and end to ensure timely provision and disconnection of utility services.
- Maintain harmonious relationships between contractors and consultants, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Monitor work progress, plan daily tasks, and identify potential issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out projects, preferably in MEP/EHS/C&I/Coordinator roles.
- Possess strong knowledge of project management principles, including risk assessment and schedule monitoring.
- Demonstrate excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficient in preparing baseline schedules, micro-schedules, bar DPRs, WPRs, MPRs, bar charts, delay reports, and other relevant documents.
- Ability to conduct emergency evacuation mock drills and other specific mock drills.
