Review project specifications, construction drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to define scope of work
Prepare detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial HVAC and MEP projects in San Antonio, TX
Analyze labor, material, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive and accurate bids
Perform risk assessments and identify scope gaps prior to proposal submission
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and design teams to ensure complete and accurate pricing
Support the project management team during proposal development and contract negotiations
