Join a high-performance founding team to build the future of the web. You will own significant product areas end-to-end, developing autonomous AI agents that generate personalized web experiences in real-time. This is a 0-to-1 generalist role where you will ship mission-critical features across the full stack to enterprise clients.

What you will do:
Design and implement complex agentic workflows and LLM evaluation frameworks to optimize real-time website personalization.
Architect and scale service-oriented systems using TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, and the Temporal.io workflow orchestrator.
Deliver customer-facing features end-to-end, from sleek React/Tailwind front-ends to robust backend integrations and authentication systems.
The ideal candidate:
Strong engineering fundamentals with a ""builder mentality"" and experience owning 0-to-1 product work in a startup environment.
Proficient across the modern TypeScript stack (React/Node.js) with a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
Driven to learn new technologies rapidly, with bonus interest in reinforcement learning, systems knowledge, or workflow orchestration like Temporal.
