Meet our ExecsOur Investments group is responsible for managing members’ super contributions, Having made the decision to internalise a significant proportion of our investment activity, we have carefully established a team of talented and highly capable funds management professionals.
The Member domain has end to end accountability for ensuring AustralianSuper members enjoy a seamless journey into and with the Fund. Our Member domain consists of Advice & Education, Business Growth, Brand & Marketing and Member Experience. These departments assist and guide members to have access to leading products and services, and trustworthy guidance and advice along the way. Every day and in different ways we are inspired by the challenging and fulfilling work of improving financial outcomes of members.
The Strategy & Corporate Affairs domain acts as the Fund’s internal strategic advisers. The team is expert, energetic and highly collaborative, working with colleagues across the Fund, shaping the Fund’s strategy, acting as custodians of the Fund’s reputation and supporting AustralianSuper to be Australia’s leading superannuation fund for members.
Our Strategy & Corporate Affairs domain consists of Customer Strategy & Insights, Corporate & External Affairs, Group Strategy & Transformation and Investment Relations.
Our Colleagues & Culture domain is responsible for the design and delivery of our human resource strategies, consisting of employee relations, performance & reward, organisational & talent development, and recruitment.
Working with all teams across the organisation, C&C ensures we have the framework in place that enables high performance, while maximising people engagement and experience.

Our Group Risk function is responsible for working closely with teams across the business to ensure risk is managed effectively and within the Fund’s risk appetite.
The team’s shared purpose is clear - every day and in different ways we strive for risk accountability and our regulatory and legislative requirements to be met to safeguard the interests of the members.
Retirement is a newly created domain who aim to transform the way we think about the future of retirement and providing thought leadership across the industry. As a Fund we want to be a leader in retirement on behalf of members and ensure all Australians live well in retirement.
Fund Services domain partners with all other areas of the Fund, focusing on simplifying our processes, ensuring our platforms are scalable and identifying opportunities to leverage our scale for the benefits of members.
The domain ensures financial objectives are achieved and legal requirements are met and conducted effectively. The domain also supports the Investments department through operational, legal, tax and valuation functionality. While data and technology services provide the Fund with planning, security, delivery and maintenance of the Fund’s data, information, and telecommunications systems.
