Your Role: An outstanding opportunity has become available for a dynamic Medical Advisor to join our Rare Diseases Team. In this pivotal position, you will act as a Local Medical Affairs therapy area expert, supporting the leadership team in developing innovative strategies for our therapeutic areas. You will play a key role in driving launch and brand strategies while leading the Medical Affairs tactics that ensure scientific and clinical accuracy for our products. Your responsibilities will include developing and reviewing medical and marketing materials, as well as strengthening scientific interaction plans with key thought leaders at the national level. You will oversee internal training, ensuring continuous medical education for team members and new employees. Additionally, you will drive local clinical studies and support the publication process, aligning with local, regional, and global plans. Building relationships with healthcare partners and engaging with the medical community will be essential to your success in this role. You will also provide training to healthcare professionals and support the implementation of medical educational events. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact in the field of Rare Diseases while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

The position can be located in Madrid or Barcelona.

 

Who You Are:

  • You hold a University Degree in life sciences, with an advanced degree being advantageous.
  •  You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial pharmaceutical environment.
  • You possess experience in supporting drug launches in Rare Diseases or Oncology, including collaboration with Market Access.
  • You have a proven track record in managing research projects and generating real-world evidence to inform medical strategy.
  • You are skilled in partnering with patient advocacy groups to support patient-centric initiatives.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have strong analytical capabilities and conflict resolution skills, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, both orally and in writing
