Role Summary and Impact
Currently, our Client Services team is looking for a Media Transformation Associate Director to play a crucial role in supporting and executing strategic initiatives to drive transformation across WPP Media's services for The Coca-Cola Company. You will help translate strategic objectives into tangible actions, fostering efficiency, effectiveness, and future-readiness. The ideal candidate will have a Media agency background, planning and activating digital campaigns on biddable platforms (e.g. Meta).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and manage assigned transformation projects or workstreams from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of data-driven recommendations and solutions.
- Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and technologies, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and integration.
- Collaborate with internal WPP Media teams (e.g., planning, buying, data, technology) and client contacts to gather requirements, communicate progress, and facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of optimized workflows and best practices within the transformation agenda.
- Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and insights to the Transformation Lead and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on specific project tasks, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in media, technology, and transformation methodologies to inform and enhance ongoing initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Approximately 4-7 years of experience in media agency, digital marketing, or consulting, with a demonstrable interest or experience in transformation initiatives.
- Experience with media planning, activation and buying principles, as well as an understanding of digital platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- A proactive and collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships and work effectively across various teams and seniority levels.
- Resourceful and adaptable, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology).
