Media Coordinator
In this role, you'll oversee the quality control, layback, and delivery of localized media content (dubbed and subtitled) for our client base. You'll collaborate with in house post-production teams translators, and audio engineers to ensure seamless, on-spec delivery of high-quality content.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage layback workflows: syncing dubbed audio, subtitles, and other media elements
• Perform detailed QC checks on video/audio deliverables
• Ensure all assets meet technical specifications and platform requirements
• Coordinate delivery of final files (masters, mixes, subtitles)
• Work cross-functionally to track project status, troubleshoot issues, and maintain schedules
• Use media asset management tools to track versions and archive projects

Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3+ years of experience in post-production, media delivery, or localization workflows
• Proficiency in Pro Tools, MS Office, and media editing software (Mac & Windows)
• Deep understanding of audio post-production, subtitles, file formats, QC
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and a sharp eye for detail
• Degree in Film/Media Production, Audio Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English – required
