As a Media Analyst, you will need to understand client needs to implement tactical execution of ON and Offline campaigns, reporting, and managing billing processes and budgets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Budget control for campaigns
- Issuing and managing authorizations (PIs and APs), gathering specifications (material requests), and checking
- Assisting in tactical planning with direct contact with media outlets
- Pacing and analyses to provide insights in reports
- Supporting the development of strategic plans
- Assisting in building reports
- Ensuring alignment with Coordinators and Supervisors
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an assistant with offline media experience
- Operational and analytical profile
- Knowledge of AD or VBS
- Familiarity with media tools (Instar, Monitor, Comscore, and TGI)
- Understanding of programming, purchasing, and compensation for open TV
- Experience with OOH execution
Nice to have:
- Experience with digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360)
- Basic/intermediate English (writing/reading for internal and external reports)
