Interconnect technology use & release management like TIM, glue, potting, laser cleaning, plasma treatment for connector.Challenges the design elements selection against the application loadsPCBA Integration - Drive the contour development with clear definition on technology of PCB, Solder resist, HSP usage, layers definitions, reference designators, taboo zones for gripping in assembly stationsProduct Engineering - Front loading through driving focus analysis, DFMEA, Change impact analysis and change managementAnalytical Classification - SWOT analysis, Risk categorization, EMV calculations, Target costing & classification of A, B components and driving Design to cost measures for MAT components, PPC, VA & EBIT evaluationsPlanning, Estimation, Budget management - Clear WBS definitions including responsibility & due dates aligning to Internal project & customer milestones, Including mechatronics design & development Execute Quality gates, BOM structure definition with plant launch manager, collaborate with plant for EWAK, Process flow & process capability alignments, Cost of Quality & Cost of poor quality evaluations with DFMDefine the CI items, baseline and track the deliverables and report in quality gates Validation alignment with customer covering the mechanical, environmental, electrical requirements and ensure TSA is well aligned with design & customer requirements. Actively triggers the risk based validation proposal with reliability focusing in vibration, thermal, corrosion loads, IP loads Sourcing of ME & EE components with purchase for prototype & series production, actively drives the TSD & TLG discussion with suppliers, negotiates cost, quality & delivery timelines. Ensures special & important characteristics are well aligned with supplier & supplier quality
