Mechanical Engineering II

The Mechanical Engineering II will perform mid to high level complexity design, conduct technical analysis, and support the full project lifecycle under the supervision of a Senior Engineer. The Mechanical Engineering II is capable of handling moderately complex tasks and lead small projects independently. Typical design work includes HVAC or Plumbing and Fire Protection design and associated calculations, plumbing systems design, hydronic systems design and flow /pressure calculations, sizing and specifying of mechanical equipment such as boilers, lift stations, pump stations, pumps and chillers, plumbing systems design and selection, fire protection system design, underground utilities coordination and specification production.
