Mechanical Engineer – Remote (Kosovo)We are looking for Mechanical Engineers to join our growing team at Crewit Resourcing. This is a fantastic opportunity for engineers who want to build a long-term career in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, or Commercial Engineering, while supporting major industrial projects across Europe.This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy technical problem‑solving, design coordination, structured processes, and who are motivated to grow their commercial expertise through full training and development.What You’ll Do:Support technical compliance across all Mechanical project packagesAlign scopes, responsibility matrices, and commercial inputsAttend design coordination meetings and work closely with planning teamsManage RIBA Stage 3–5 workflows and produce design management plansMaintain and update key project trackers (procurement, submittals, drawings, RFIs, deviations, design changes, lessons learned)Review technical submittals, drawings, and mechanical design documentationAssist with RFIs, clarifications, procurement reviews, and value‑engineering activitiesEnsure documentation aligns with ISO 19650 standardsPrepare mechanical engineering reportsComplete take‑offs and BOQs (pipework, ductwork, pumps, chillers, equipment, etc.)Build commercial awareness in labour/material costing and tender preparationSupport pre‑construction and estimating teams (including BOQ technical tests)Participate in Stage 5 model reviews, lessons‑learned meetings, and monthly engineering sessionsMentor junior or graduate engineers where requiredWhat We’re Looking For:Degree in Mechanical Engineering3+ years’ experience working on large industrial or construction projectsProficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit)Strong communication skills and professional documentation standardsExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to qualityMotivated to grow into Estimating / Quantity Surveying roles (full training provided)Solid understanding of mechanical systems, industrial layouts, M&E coordination, and technical drawingsWillingness to learn commercial and structured cost‑engineering processesAnalytical, collaborative mindset with long-term development ambitionsExperience in any of the following is a strong advantage:Data Centre projectsPharmaceutical projectsHealthcare or Semiconductor facilitiesCommercial construction projectsAdditional experience:Purchasing mechanical materials such as pipe, valves, fittings, etc.Purchasing major mechanical equipment such as AHUs, chillers, pumps, or similar mechanical plantWhat We Offer:Part-time remote position based in KosovoGetting paid by the hour, 10-50 hours per month, rates depending on experience 15-20 €Long-term career pathway into Estimating or Quantity SurveyingTraining, support, and development provided by a highly experienced teamOpportunity to work on large-scale international engineering projectsIf you're ready to take the next step in your engineering career and grow into a commercial or estimating professional, we’d love to hear from you.Apply NowSend your CV to: [email protected]
