The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting process/product improvement and new product development to ensure they meet performance, quality, manufacturing, and cost requirements. S/He must be able to work well in a team environment and possess effective communication skills and technical expertise.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 0.5+ years of industry experience in a product development and manufacturing environment.

Knowledge

Intermediate proficiency in Design software required - CREO preferably
Intermediate knowledge of hydraulics and processes
Basic knowledge of product development best practices such as DFMEA.
Basic knowledge of drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing preferred.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
