Summary:

As Mechanical Engineer. You'll spearhead the design and development of advanced systems for our Recycling Machines, driving environmental change.

Responsibilities:

Create, review and release specifications including 3D models, as well as Controlled Engineering Drawings for Fabrication and Assembly.
Use SolidWorks and other computer-aided design programs to design and Specify Reverse Vending machines and release Engineering BOMs and Individual component Specifications.
Create Engineering standards and design processes for Envipco including design reviews, DFX, DFMEA, Design Validation, & Design Release.
Support Supply Chain in validating locally sourced components and modifying designs accordingly.
Support DFM activities and other quality-oriented projects.
Champion Engineering process improvements.
Coordinate design changes based on manufacturing challenges.
Create Engineering design work in support of and in collaboration with other teams to help resolve manufacturing challenges.
Actively maintain and share knowledge of new technologies, methods, and techniques
