Mechanical Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Delivery Lead to be part our design & engineering team in Pune . It

is expected that the incumbent is hands on in mechanical detail engineering projects. Being overall responsible for

detail engineering and technical delivery , he will monitor the entire project lifecycle from initiation, planning,

execution, monitoring, reviews & closure. You will also play a critical role in building and developing the engineering

talent pool for Sioux India .

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management – Collect customer requirements, Develop WBS & resource plans, manage project deliveries

as per the agreed Time , Cost & Quality .

Cost Management – Estimate project hours accurately, track progress, analyze delays, idle times, training &

onboarding hours and ensure a cost-effective delivery towards our customers.

Technical Management- Take on individual tasks to create direct involvement, develop a ‘First Time Right’ design

approach, Monitor and troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve team queries & manage continuous

improvement through QA/QC processes for technical efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.

Risk Management – Proactively Identify, assess, escalate and mitigate risks that could impact the project delivery,

quality, or customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership - Develop, Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team. Manage team performance and

availability towards customers. Manage talent acquisition with HR

Stakeholder Connections- Connect & communicate with cross functional and relevant internal stakeholders to

explore opportunities .

Customer Collaboration – Align & agree with customer leads on delivery requirements, think together to arrive at

solutions, manage customers reviews and feedback, provide technical guidance and ensure customer satisfaction.
