We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Meat Packer to join our warehouse production team! In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and packaging meat products with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. Work in a refrigerated environment alongside a supportive crew!

πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities:

  • βœ… Receive, inspect, and verify incoming meat products
  • πŸ₯© Sort, organize, and package meat based on cut, type, and storage needs
  • βš™οΈ Operate packaging tools (scales, vacuum sealers, labelers)
  • πŸ“‹ Follow standardized procedures for portioning and labeling
  • 🧼 Keep your work area clean and sanitized
  • 🧾 Accurately record packaged quantities and report issues
  • 🧀 Use PPE and follow all safety/sanitation protocols
  • πŸ†˜ Report malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
  • πŸ“š Attend training sessions for food safety and packaging skills
  • 🀝 Collaborate with team members
  • 🧰 Other duties as assigned

  • πŸŽ“ High school diploma preferred (not required)
  • 🏭 Previous warehouse or food packaging experience is a plus

  • ⚑ Fast-paced, team-friendly work ethic
  • βœ‹ Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

πŸ‹οΈ Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:

  • πŸ”„ Lift up to 75 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally
  • 🚢 Stand, walk, bend, squat frequently
  • ❄️ Work in temps between 0Β° to 50Β°F
  • 🧼 Exposure to dust, blood, and meat processing chemicals
  • 🧀 PPE required (gloves, steel-toe boots, insulated clothing, etc.)
  • πŸ“’ Work in a noisy, refrigerated warehouse
  • ⚠️ Possible exposure to food allergens (meat, fish, shellfish, etc.)
