Overview
This position is for our new Mckinney, TX office.
Duties
JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility is to assist in the facilitation of closing residential transactions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All receptionist responsibilities (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, process deliveries and mail)
- Assisting with opening the new customer/client files into the database system
- Office supplies, work/copy room upkeep
- Assisting Escrow teams with whatever is needed
- Receipting of contracts/earnest money
- Ordering taxes and HOA
- Processing title commitments
- Managing closing schedule
- Proficient with Outlook
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of one year of administrative experience is required
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred (title/escrow/real estate/property management)
- Microsoft Suite proficient
- Must be able to work at location (this is not a work remote position)
