Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end inventory planning, including managing sales in excess of invoicing, from purchase requisitions through to customer invoicing. On a daily basis, you will support internal customer service inquiries and contribute to ensuring optimal inventory levels. You will also apply your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate inventory replenishment through purchase orders.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings factory in Ramos Arizpe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define inventory policies based on established product segmentation.
• Calculate, maintain, and optimize inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder points, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies within planning systems and ERPs.
• Coordinate material planning and call‑offs to ensure purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders, working closely with operations buyers and shared services.
• Collaborate with buyers to achieve optimal supplier performance, including on‑time delivery, minimum order quantities, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience working with suppliers and/or in a Supply Chain or Materials Planning role.
• Experience using SAP, Power Bi and Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of the invoicing process is considered a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree completed (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
