Material Handling & Inventory Accuracy Team Lead
Operations and Continuous improvement: Accountable for results in inventory accuracy (support DOH), freight and support in delivery performance (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD) Manage and optimize end‑to‑end material flows between the third party warehouse and the Dubai factory to ensure stable, timely and accurate material availability for two different electronic component production lines Ensuring successful execution of the aligned supply plan and master production schedule. Administering the efficient use of packaging and warehouse materials according to SCM standards Ensuring proper Material Resource Planning and SAP discipline Management of local SCM personnel and driving SCM activities Handle annual inventory counts (W2W) and regular cycle count process Supporting the OPS and SCM related audits within the span of control and driving OpA maturity Establishing a culture of compliance and adoption of new processes in a changing environment Enable transition of processes with proper documentation and leverage ADKAR methodology to drive the change Support in key strategic projects deployment at plant in collaboration with the Network and Program teams Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Excellent usage of SAP Logistics Management, Plant operations, Purchasing, warehouse and shipping activities CI Mindset, Ambassador of change, Inspiring leader of people, high levels of accountability Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
