This Position reports to:
IS Service Owner Cross Domain ServicesTo strengthen our Master Data team, we are looking for an Intern with proficiency in English, and a valid student status. Seize this unique opportunity and grow together with us. Run what runs the world!
Responsibilities:
Dispatching tickets and monitoring the queue
Supporting requestors in their queries
Cooperation with MD Governance Managers and IS Operations Managers of different Master Data areas
Applying data changes approved by MD Governance Managers in AMD tool
Preparing communication of agreed changes to Business, Country Master Data managers and Application Owners
Creation of training content, presentations in regards to area of responsibility
Requirements:
Fluent English in writing and speaking
Self-confidence, openness
Readiness to pick up new challenges
Willingness to learn and grow
Nice to have: background at economics or IT
Nice to have: good knowledge of MS Excel
