Position Summary:
The Master Aesthetician is responsible for assessing clients' skin conditions, recommending tailored treatments to improve and enhance skin health, and delivering high-quality procedures to achieve desired results. This role requires excellent communication skills to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
Pay and Hours:
Pay for this position will range from $35 - $40 hourly. Hours will be Monday - Thursday, 10 hours daily.
Essential Functions:
To perform effectively in this role, the candidate must fulfill the following duties with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Conduct aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced medical aesthetics.
- Educate clients about available treatments and options for skin improvement.
- Follow up with clients regarding their treatments, promotional opportunities, new services, events, and other practice offerings.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records, contact information, and follow-up details using the patient management system.
- Monitor and manage supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Perform clinical procedures, including but not limited to:
- PDT Blue Light therapy
- Excimer Laser treatments
- NBUVB Phototherapy
- CoolSculpting
- Chemical peels
- Handle administrative tasks such as initiating prior authorizations, notifying clients of treatment approvals and financial responsibilities, and scheduling appointments.
- Ensure consistent attendance and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in a dermatology or spa environment preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Aesthetician license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
