About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in driving our brand visibility, lead generation, and overall marketing success. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who has hands-on experience across paid advertising, content development, and campaign execution.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth, improve customer engagement, and strengthen our position in the outsourcing/VA industry. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your creativity, analytical mindset, and project management skills to deliver measurable results across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution – Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, paid media, etc.).
  • Content Marketing – Collaborate on content creation (blogs, social posts, ad copy, email campaigns) to engage target audiences.
  • Brand Growth – Support initiatives that enhance brand awareness and positioning within the outsourcing/VA industry.
  • Lead Generation – Develop strategies to attract and nurture leads, working closely with sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Media Buying – Manage and optimize ad spend across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs (CPL, CAC, CTR, engagement rates, etc.), analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with business development, operations, and client success teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful campaigns.
  • Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a leading Virtual Assistant agency, BPO, or outsourcing company.
  • Proven media buying and campaign management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in real estate, property management, or logistics outsourcing markets.
  • Familiarity with SEO, website management, and content strategy.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
