Marketing Project Manager

At Aerones, we build robots that climb the world's largest wind turbines — and we're scaling fast. Our technology is deployed across international markets, and we're looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can match our pace, tell our story, and help us show the world what's possible in renewable energy maintenance.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of content, campaigns, and events. You'll own a wide range of marketing activities — from trade show logistics to social media to digital advertising — and work directly with teams across the company to bring the Aerones brand to life.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage Aerones' participation in international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Run our social media presence — strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns
• Support the planning and production of both online and in-person events (webinars, exhibitions, filming)
• Manage and maintain content across the company website
• Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns
• Take on additional marketing tasks as the company and team grow

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Proven ability to work with marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent English — written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
