Marketing Portfolio Executive - U2

We are currently looking for Marketing Portfolio Executive to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad (WFO).
Role:Marketing Portfolio Executive
EXP: 2- 5 yrs experince
Graduation : Any Graduation
Shift: 12PM till 9:30PM (2 way free transport will be provided with in the radius of 30Kms)
Work More: WFO (5 Day working/Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun)
Role & reposnbilities:
- Offering marketing support to our Marketing Portfolio Leads
- Responsibility for marketing a small list of product
- Overseeing, briefing and delivering a number of marketing activities including email and social campaigns, blog posts, events, awards and reviews
- Arranging sponsorship and advertising
- Maintaining effective and professional relations with a number of stakeholders including authors, editors, societies and suppliers
- Liaising with other departments such as Finance, Customer Services, Editorial, Content Operations and Sales
- Responding to queries
- Briefing requirements to internal and external suppliers
- Preparing reports and analytics
- Engaging in contact list-building activities to grow internal database of marketing contacts
- Collaboration and delegation of tasks to the Marketing Services team in the IOC
- Keeping abreast of the latest Marketing theory, technologies and best practice to improve marketing ROI, and actively test new marketing techniques.
- Develop specific knowledge of subject area and customer segments to achieve brand awareness and sales goals
- Conduct market research to inform future development of the list and marketing strategy
- Engage in contact list-building activities to grow internal database of potential customers
