Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop key insights to shape brand and customer engagement strategies in the rare disease (Neuromuscular Disease).
- Lead successful implementation of brand strategies and actions including development and organizing events
- Create and execute customer-focused strategies, messages aligned with our integrated strategic plan (iSP) and brand purpose.
- Implement effective marketing across multiple channels based on customer understanding.
- Manage brand budgets effectively, using financial insights for strategic decisions.
- Plan and lead accurate brand forecasting follow with well planned supply and demand forecast 
- Develop and lead impactful partnership with healthcare professionals (HCPs) & other external stakeholders 
- Empower & support  field teams (PJPs) to implement our therapeutic area strategy aligned with the triple win.
- Adhere strictly to all SOPs, the Code of Conduct, and relevant regulations.

Responsible Disease Area: Neuroscience

Who You Are
- 5~15 years of progressive sales & marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with preference for experience in the rare disease.
- Proven strengths in strategic planning, launch exellence, project management, communication, logical thinking, analytical skills, and decisive decision-making.
- Outstanding collaborative working abilities and superior communication skills for effective teamwork.
- High learning agility & flexibility to adopt fast changing internal/external environment
- Business level of English proficiency
