Acting as an operational hub for the marketing pods and broader team, this role helps maintain workflow discipline, keeps projects moving across web, email, ads, and other marketing channels, and ensures smooth, on-time delivery.    This role requires strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, ability to build strong working relationships and keep teams aligned. The Specialist must be able to spot risks early and have a natural inclination to mitigate and solve problems promptly.   The Specialist keeps a steady operational rhythm on the Marketing team, and is the key champion for smooth, efficient execution.
