Marketing Operations Manager: (Fixed Term Contract Position for 20 weeks)
- Execute Marketo programs including email campaigns, paid media workflows, event and webinar programs. - Provide daily support for MOPS requests, including program creation, list imports, lead sync troubleshooting, and QA. - Support email marketing execution and help educate teams to improve campaign performance. - Collaborate with product marketing, sales operations, ABM, and other teams for accurate and timely campaign delivery. - Ensure lead management processes are followed, including lifecycle updates, routing, and data hygiene. - Support MAP/CRM integrations and maintain reliable data flow between Salesforce and Marketo. - Assist with segmentation, reporting, and operational improvements. This is an office based position in Mexico City that is expected to comply with the Company's onsite work policy. Please provide your resume in English. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. - 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Martech, or Marketing Technology roles. - Solid understanding of CRM and MAP integrations (Salesforce ↔ Marketo). - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes. - Strong attention to detail and operational rigor. - Experience in a B2B enterprise marketing environment. - Knowledge of lead management, lifecycle, and scoring. - Campaign management across email, paid media, events, and webinars. - Familiarity with ABM and sales alignment workflows.
