In this role, you'll QA landing pages, write clear Linear tickets, and coordinate across marketing, engineering, and our ad agency—catching issues before they go live and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.


What We Need You to Do Well

  • Create to-do lists and coordinate tasks across designers/copywriters

  • Maintain documentation and organized Figma folders

  • Create Linear tickets quickly and consistently

  • Track team workload and project status

  • Follow up when given clear direction


What We Need You to Be Great At

  • Execute on first instruction — don’t ask for double confirmation. If it’s written clearly, implement it.

  • Write tickets with full context — include: what’s broken, where, steps to reproduce, screenshots, device info, business impact. Engineers shouldn’t need to ask follow-up questions.

  • Own requirements — when engineering asks “how should this work?” have the answer or get it fast. Don’t pass questions to others.

  • Communicate proactively — announce deployments and changes in public channels without being reminded.

  • Understand marketing context — know why things matter, not just what. Understand pricing, compliance, and how pages connect to campaigns.

  • Prioritize urgency — when something’s broken and costing money, fix the critical thing first. Don’t wait for full updates.

  • Think independently — propose solutions, don’t just relay problems.


Requirements

  • 2–3+ years marketing ops, project coordination, or digital marketing

  • Experience with ticketing systems (Linear, Jira, Asana)

  • Strong written communication

  • Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction

  • Can make judgment calls on priority and severity


Nice to Have

  • Landing page QA / A/B testing

  • Figma

  • Healthcare/telehealth experience
