Marketing Operations, Analyst

Combines subject matter expertise on full-funnel, omni-channel marketing activations with analytics that translate marketing effort to business impact and accelerate operational transparency. Supports insight generation to improve the efficiency of marketing operations; Contributes to business goal setting through data-driven insights; and collaborates on strategic recommendations to enhance departmental effectiveness.

What you'll do:

  • Maps and optimizes marketing operations workflows (intake, prioritization, production, measurement) so data supports decisions, resourcing, and performance improvement.

  • Subject matter expert in available marketing data and infrastructure to enable Planning & Insights efforts and be an active participant in the development of roadmaps for future data ingestion and views; liaison to analytics and engineering partners.

  • Interprets and analyzes both internal and external data of high complexity using conceptual thinking and business acumen to uncover insights that support marketing and operational strategies. Ensures data quality and crafts findings into clear, actionable summaries.

  • Collaborates with Planning & Insights and Analytics crew members on applying analytics and modeling to improve marketing effectiveness. Supports tracking of OKR progress and identifies emerging trends.

  • Provides oversight of self-service suite of tools, ensuring accuracy, partnering on the development of value-based prioritization of enhancements, implementing enhancements and bug fixes and handling change management training and communications as needed.

  • Partners with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and reporting needs. Builds business acumen and contributes to discussions with aligned business areas.

  • Supports project workstreams led by senior team members. Helps define project requirements, contributes to timelines, and ensures timely delivery of assigned tasks.

  • Participates in annual planning and strategy discussions. Assists in implementing quality control procedures for campaign data and evaluates marketing performance using relevant analytics.

  • Contributes to testing and measurement strategies. Analyzes campaign results and supports the development of recommendations for improvement.

  • Assists with RFP/RFI data needs by compiling and validating marketing data as requested.

  • Develops ad hoc reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Excel, and AirTable. Validates data outputs and supports peer reviews.

  • May mentor interns or junior analysts as appropriate.

  • Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in marketing operations, analytics, or business intelligence.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Adobe Analytics.

  • Familiarity with Workfront, AirTable or other MRM tools.

  • Experience in a highly regulated B2B marketing environment a plus.

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.

  • Interest in operational excellence and marketing strategy.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years related work experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Additional information:

This is a hybrid position based in Malvern, PA, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.
