Requirements

Direct-Response Design: Create high-converting motion content for Facebook, Google, and TikTok
Iterative Evolution: Analyze creative performance data alongside the marketing team
Visual Storytelling & VFX: Design high-energy transitions, dynamic typography, and compositing sequences
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Video Producers and Growth Managers to brainstorm concepts
Creative Mentorship: Actively participate in design reviews, providing and receiving feedback
Trend Arbitrage: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform-specific aesthetics
