Responsibilities

Co-own business goals and work closely with leadership to achieve company objectives.

Be the owner of the country's marketing budget & be responsible for the marketing performance portion of Taiwan’s success.

Own Taiwan’s marketing initiatives (Influencer Marketing, Public Relations & Launch Events, Social & Digital Marketing, Advertising, Offline Activations), to drive brand awareness, sales across our product portfolio and integrate the brand into pop culture.

Align regional initiatives with global objectives by ensuring cohesive branding, efficient asset creation, and partner satisfaction.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Must Haves

Relevant marketing experience with consumer brands for over 3 years in the Taiwanese market.

Good knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior, particularly younger generations. Experience from culture, fashion, music, design or entertainment industry will be a plus.

Demonstrated ownership capabilities and entrepreneurial mentality and a builder’s mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo and creating something iconic.

Proven success in executing marketing budgets effectively and achieving desired outcomes.

Proven track record in influencer partnership, earned media, organic social initiatives on a limited budget.

Regional Marketing Experience in Taiwan, skilled at localizing global strategies while maintaining brand consistency will be a plus.

Excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
