Marketing Manager (Seoul)

- Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals and performance standards
- Allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and develop team members
- Design effective collaboration across performance, content, and CRM functions
- Ensure high-quality execution across all marketing activities
- Connect paid media, landing pages, and CRM data into a seamless customer journey
- Design and manage automation journeys (Lead → Nurturing → Conversion → Retention)
- Develop segmentation and messaging strategies using CRM data
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Drive digital transformation across marketing strategies and operations
- Improve data utilization, reporting frameworks, and decision-making processes
- Establish a performance- and insight-driven marketing culture
- Partner with global and regional performance marketing teams to align strategies, frameworks, and KPIs
- Act as the key local point of contact for PPC-related initiatives and performance discussions
- Provide market insights and feedback to support campaign optimization and localization
- Oversee performance outcomes in collaboration with external agencies and global stakeholders
- Lead brand messaging, tone of voice, and content direction
- Oversee digital content strategy across social, video, and organic channels
- Ensure synergy between performance marketing and organic content efforts
- Build local brand presence through education fairs, university events, and on-the-ground marketing activities
- Lead fair execution in collaboration with the sales team and connect offline leads into CRM journeys
- Proven experience managing and leading a marketing team
- Strong background in digital marketing within fast-changing environments
- Solid understanding of performance marketing (PPC)
- Working knowledge of CRM marketing and customer journey management
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Kakao CRM
- Hands-on experience designing and operating marketing automation journeys
- Experience connecting performance marketing with CRM initiatives
- Experience working with global or regional teams
- Native proficiency in Korean, Business-level English proficiency
- A leader who looks beyond acquisition and understands retention and lifecycle marketing
- Comfortable driving change and innovation
- Able to balance short-term performance goals with long-term brand growth
