Marketing Manager, Demand Generation (Centah)

Centah is a SaaS company, that helps home improvement businesses manage lead intake, routing, and conversion through a configurable platform at the center of their operations.
We’re at a pivotal moment. After years of building custom solutions for a small number of large clients, we’re now evolving into a scalable, market-wide SaaS platform. This transition is intentional and comes with real opportunity. You won’t be maintaining a mature product, you’ll be helping shape what it becomes.
The work here is hands-on and high-impact, with real ownership and visibility across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with different teams, contribute to key decisions, and see the direct impact of your work.
We’re looking for people who are excited to build, take ownership, and play a meaningful role in what Centah becomes next.
About the role:
We aren't looking for someone to just "manage" a funnel; we’re looking for a builder. As Centah’s first Demand Generation Manager, you’re stepping into a greenfield environment. You’ll be the architect of our growth engine, defining the benchmarks and building the systems that generate cold interest and convert it into a high-intent pipeline.
This is a high-autonomy, hands-on role. You’ll develop the roadmap, but also be executing on the vision. Writing copy, designing assets, and launching the campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- Own the top of the funnel. You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns that don't just generate noise, but drive real revenue.
- Measure and adapt. Not every idea will be a winner; you’ll measure outcomes, reflect on strategy and iterate in order to succeed.
- We’re building for the future. You’ll leverage AI (Gemini, N8N, etc.) at every step to automate the mundane and scale your impact.
- Work closely with Business Development to build targeted prospect profiles and personalized plays for our most valuable opportunities.
- Bridge the gap between marketing and sales by developing pitch decks and collateral that actually help close deals.
- Create and ship content that positions Centah as a leader in our space.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- A revenue mindset. You know that impressions and clicks are vanity metrics. You care about SQLs and closed-won deals.
- You are a "Full-Stack" marketer and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- AI-First: You aren’t just comfortable with AI; you’re excited to see how far you can push it to work smarter and faster.
- A highly creative, action-oriented mindset with the perseverance to build processes from scratch.
- Experience in a startup environment.
