About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager responsible for driving brand strategy, market research, and campaign execution to support our B2B and B2G efforts. This role will be instrumental in developing marketing initiatives that enhance brand positioning, customer engagement, and overall market presence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, lead a talented team, and ensure optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.


Scope & Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis

  • Identify market opportunities within the B2G sector, utilizing databases like PhilGEPS and analyzing competitive landscapes.

  • Conduct market research in the B2B industry, analyzing competitors and identifying growth opportunities.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Design the customer journey for B2G and B2B clients in collaboration with other departments.

  • Manage customer surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Brand Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and improve market positioning.

  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and traditional platforms to boost brand visibility.

  • Ensure campaigns align with overall brand goals and product positioning.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and offer training and development opportunities.

Budget Management

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor expenditures, make necessary adjustments, and report on financial performance.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide actionable insights.

  • Create detailed reports on branding and product initiatives, recommending optimizations for future campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Policy Development

  • Develop and implement a balanced scorecard for the marketing team to track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Create and enforce policies to ensure efficient operations and compliance within the department.
