Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will spearhead demand generation, customer acquisition and lifecycle for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. This role demands a balance of creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and flawless execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to generate ideas and transform them into actionable, revenue-generating campaigns. This role works cross-functionally to optimize all facets of marketing performance while continuously enhancing customer engagement and enrollment volume.
- Plan and execute campaigns for email re-engagement, lead generation, cart abandonment, cross-sell and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B2C marketing strategies across email, paid media, organic, social, and search channels to drive growth and enrollments.
- Create DTC go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature rollouts.
- Own quarterly media planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Conduct customer research and analyze behavior trends to inform targeting and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to craft compelling and on-brand messaging.
- Partner with internal and external teams to create high-impact video, design assets, and ad creatives for brand promotion and campaigns.
- Support website development and ensure best-in-class user experience and performance.
- Analyze key metrics, including LTV, CAC, churn, revenue, and campaign performance, to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive optimization of reporting processes, tools, and dashboards in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Leverage A/B testing, dynamic content, and personalization to refine campaign performance.
- Partner with sales, product, operations, and technology teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Contribute to the evolution of brand positioning, breakthrough creative development, and marketing processes.
- Balance priorities across multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in consumer credit, finance, and identity theft to uncover new opportunities.
- Introduce and implement innovative marketing tactics that resonate with target audiences.

- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, customer acquisition, or growth marketing for high-growth companies, preferably in SaaS or consumer finance.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and Bing, with a proven track record in audience targeting and scaling campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Optimize, and Excel for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with email platforms such as Marketo or Sendgrid, including automation, segmentation, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience in website optimization and driving app downloads or user engagement.
- Proficient with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.
- Knowledge of B2B2C marketing strategies and lead generation best practices.
- A strong communicator that can efficiently communicate questions, takeaways and insights to drive improvements.
- Experienced in Saas marketing
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of future trends in DTC marketing and technology advancements.

Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week).
Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $70,000 to a maximum of $90,000 annually. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
