Marketing Intern

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
  • Support event registration processes, attendee communication, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure event materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Help with vendor coordination — including venues, hotels, catering, shipping, and suppliers.
  • Maintain event documentation, checklists, and timelines.
  • Assist in preparing event presentations, printed materials, and post-event reports.
  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Excel, or project management tools).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute within an international team.
  • Availability to support events in different time zones when necessary.
