Marketing Intern (4th year or new grad)

We are seeking a junior marketer to help spread the word about the world's best organizational transformation product for complex workforce planning, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging, strategy, and campaign goals
• Craft marketing materials, including email campaigns, social posts, landing pages, and blog articles
• Analyze campaign performance and apply findings to optimize future efforts
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery with consistent results
Qualifications:
• Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels
• Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign success
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing market conditions
