💡 Please note that this position is hybrid in São Paulo and a language level of C2 in Portuguese is required.

What You’ll Do ✨

• ✍️ Write high-impact, conversion-focused copy for paid ads, landing pages, email, and social media across the full funnel (awareness → conversion → retention)

• 📌 Support performance marketing initiatives by helping build, launch, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across key channels

• 📊 Conceptualise and iterate creative concepts in close collaboration with the design team for organic and paid formats

• 🔍 Analyze full-funnel performance data to identify drop-offs, test hypotheses, and recommend optimizations

• 📈 Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to develop growth initiatives and scale winning strategies based on data insights
