About the Company
Our client is launching a new international multi-asset CFD brokerage focused on growth across Africa, MENA, and Asia.
The brokerage brand itself is at an early startup stage and is currently in its active launch phase. The project is backed by an established fintech group that provides capital, infrastructure, and operational expertise within regulated financial markets.
The company is now entering its public growth phase and is looking for the first in-house marketing owner to build the marketing function from zero and scale global acquisition.

This is a hands-on, from-scratch role.
You will be the first and only in-house marketing owner at the start.
There is no existing marketing team, no ready-made funnels, and no established acquisition system.
This role is designed for someone who is comfortable executing personally at the early stage, and building leadership over time.
About the Role
This role combines strategy and execution.
You will own marketing end-to-end - from defining the strategy to launching acquisition channels, setting up analytics, managing contractors, and driving early results.
This is not a corporate Head of Marketing role with delegation from day one.
As the company grows, this role is expected to evolve into Head of Marketing / CMO, with the opportunity to build and lead a team.
You will work directly with the CCO, without long approval chains or micromanagement.
What You Will Do
Marketing Strategy & Ownership
Build the full marketing strategy from scratch
Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions
Translate business goals into clear, measurable marketing plans
Take full ownership of outcomes, not just ideas
User Acquisition & Funnels
Design and optimize full acquisition funnels:
awareness → engagement → conversion → deposit → trading activityWork hands-on with paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, search-driven traffic)
Understand trader behavior, activation triggers, and conversion logic
Improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and FTD quality
Performance, Analytics & KPIs
Set up analytics, attribution, and dashboards
Track and improve CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS, FTDs, trading volume
Make data-driven decisions and clearly explain results
Content, SMM & SEO (via contractors)
Define content and SMM strategy across key platforms
Oversee educational and trading-related content
Build and execute SEO strategy (keywords, content, authority)
Select, onboard, and manage external contractors
Brand & Trust Building
Build credibility in regulated, high-risk markets
Work closely with compliance on messaging and risk disclosures
Ensure consistency across website, campaigns, and content

What We’re Looking For
Required
3–6 years of experience in marketing or growth roles within:
CFD / FX brokerages
trading platforms
iGaming / betting
fintech or other high-risk digital products
Strong hands-on experience with:
performance marketing
funnels and conversion optimization
analytics and KPI tracking
Practical understanding of how traders choose and use a brokerage
Experience working independently and owning results
English C1 (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience with educational funnels or trading academies
Personal trading experience
SEO-heavy or content-led acquisition background
Experience managing contractors instead of internal teams
