- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute robust marketing strategies for the organization and its key service lines as aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Marketing Campaign Development and Implementation: Design and direct campaigns from concept to implementation, including determination of priorities, creation of project briefs/timelines, coordination of activities, creative direction, accounting for revenue and expenses related to individual activities, ensuring effective implementation and determining success of efforts.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation across the Vail Health system. Manage day-to-day operations, weekly marketing team meetings and service line meetings. Supervise Community Benefit Manager and Manager of Brand & Media Strategy.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing and content performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively to achieve ROI goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with service line owners and key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with broader healthcare system objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, healthcare legislation, competition and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Five (5) years marketing experience in a large non-profit setting, preferably in a healthcare environment, with management experience required.
- Five (5) years of project management experience; strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities required. Strong writing and editing skills; ability to communicate in writing and verbally with tact, diplomacy and/or authority when necessary required.
- Five (5) years of experience developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns required; creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Five (5) years of experience building strong community relationships that support the organizations objectives required. Strong negotiation skills required.
