DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team as a Marketing Analyst, where you'll support data-driven decision making and strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that contribute to business growth and customer success. Working with advanced tools and technologies, you'll partner across teams to help analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver strategic recommendations that enhance our digital presence and customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (channels, funnel stages, campaign objectives, conversion logic)
Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics (including event tracking, segment set-up, segmentation, and funnel analysis)
Familiarity with campaign tracking frameworks (UTMs, CIDs, tagging strategy, attribution approaches)
Experience analyzing multi-channel pre-click and post-click performance (paid media, email, web, social) and connecting data across platforms
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, including identifying optimization opportunities and challenging campaign performance
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows to curate marketing and customer data into analytics-ready datasets.
Create and optimize database schemas, tables, and views aligned to business requirements and performance needs.
Build and maintain data infrastructure using modern data stack practices, including governance and secure access patterns as appropriate for analytics
Collaborate with other analytics team members to ensure curated datasets support ongoing analysis and advanced measurement initiatives and create new ones as needed
Support dashboard and reporting development by delivering report-ready datasets, including cleansed/standardized tables for KPI monitoring
Contribute to KPI monitoring and insights workflows by ensuring reporting logic is reproducible and consistent across teams/tools
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
BS or MS Degree in math, statistics, computer science, data science or related
Minimum 4+(BS) or 2+ (MS)years of work experience in data analytics, digital enablement, or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience of building data models
Proficiency in Excel, SQL/ Python/ R, Power BI (or similar tools)
Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate sophisticated data models and business problems
Ability to work across a matrix org structure and effectively influence business partners
Self-motivated, able to drive actions to completion with intensity and ownership
Passionate about learning business and data analytics/ data science
Experience with the Databricks platform, including Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and the Unity Catalog is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
