Accountabilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Marketing, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Manage priorities and ensure the VP is prepared for internal and external meetings.

Coordinate logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for leadership and marketing meetings.

Support the development of presentations and executive-ready materials.

Assist with budget tracking and spend visibility in partnership with Finance.

Organize marketing assets, templates, and files.

Support logistics for commercial meetings and team updates.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in an administrative support or marketing coordination role.

Proven experience supporting senior leaders with complex scheduling.

Strong interest in marketing and coordination; prior exposure to marketing teams preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive mindset with urgency and accountability.

High energy and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.

Excellent judgment and professionalism with confidential information.
