At Intelic, we are a group of highly committed professionals building one of the fastest-growing start-ups based in Amsterdam. We create advanced software for unmanned systems in the Defence sector. As a software company at our core, we build intelligence that gives unmanned platforms the speed, coordination, and reliability that critical missions demand. Our technology ensures that decisions are made with accuracy when it matters most. We are now looking for a Marketing & Content Strategist to help us share our story with the world.

Responsibilities

Together with the team, you will shape Intelic’s voice to the outside world. You balance creativity with structure, ensuring that our communication is consistent and professional. The position combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking, allowing you to work on ideas that inspire while keeping focus on planning, quality, and measurable results.

In practice, this means:

  • Content creation & Storytelling: Turn our complex technology, projects, and partnerships into accessible content. From powerful (LinkedIn) posts and visuals to short films and interviews, you make Intelic’s mission visible and relatable. Ensuring content is professional, clear, and engaging.

  • Design with impact: Produce or coordinate visuals and graphics that enhance every touchpoint, from social posts and presentations to event stands

  • Own our digital channels: Manage and grow our LinkedIn and online presence. You set the tone, track performance, experiment with formats, and adjust campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion.

  • Keep our website sharp and relevant: Ensure that our site reflects who we are today: innovative, mission-driven, and human. You update news, case studies, and product pages so the outside world sees our latest work.

  • Bring our brand to life at events: Support the planning and execution of conferences, exhibitions, and company events. From concept to on-site presence, you make sure Intelic leaves a lasting impression.

  • Driving PR activities: Supporting the CEO in building Intelic’s external image, including preparing press materials, coordinating interviews, and ensuring our story is communicated consistently across all channels.

  • Proactive marketing & growth: You take initiative, bring in new ideas, and keep a sharp eye on conversions, engagement, and deadlines. You make sure that marketing doesn’t just look good, but also drives real results.
