Marketing Communications Specialist, Senior - Workfront Fusion Developer
Create, test, design, and deploy automation workflows and integrations using Workfront Fusion to streamline processes and enhance data flow between enterprise systems Assist in collaborating with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to maintain seamless workflow operations Serve as a trusted technical advisor on end-to-end Workfront integrations, providing strategic guidance on best practices and optimization opportunities Develop and configure custom workflows, templates, forms, request queues, approval processes, and dashboards within Workfront Core to support marketing team efficiency Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and appropriate system access across the marketing organization Implement and manage integrations between Workfront and Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM Assets (DAM), ensuring seamless content and asset management across platforms Stay current with the latest Adobe Workfront Fusion features, updates, and best practices within the broader Adobe ecosystem Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Advanced communication skills in English 4+ years of hands-on work experience developing and managing scenarios and automations with Workfront Fusion Strong proficiency in Adobe Workfront Core configuration, setup, and administration Experience with Workfront Planning Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud
