Marketing Analyst
iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Marketing Analyst, remotely in the US.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Monitor daily performance across paid media, CRM acquisition, and DTC channels to deliver clear performance insights, optimization recommendations, and efficient revenue growth solutions
- Maintain MMM domestically and work towards global expansion of MMM efforts.
- Build out AI reporting infrastructure to automate reporting tasks and drive quicker deeper analysis inside of already procured AI analytics platform.
- Support global market share growth by combining strong analytical skills, knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, and thoughtful analysis of competitors and industry trends
- Partner closely with cross functional teams across regions to share best practices, solve challenges together, and actively participate in weekly business performance reviews
- Deliver against ambitious year over year growth commitments with a strong bias for action and accountability
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and growth trends across global markets
- Marketing Performance Tracking
- Track and report on KPIs across digital, social, CRM, and DTC channels, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
- Customer Insights
- Collaborate with global research and insights partners to support segmentation, customer profiling, and personalization strategies
- Market and Competitive Research
- Review market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to inform global and regional marketing strategies
- Testing and Experimentation
- Design, execute, and analyze A B tests and experiments to improve messaging, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with paid media, creative, CRM, DTC, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and data driven decision making
- Dashboard and Reporting Development
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and insights to stakeholders
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience supporting DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses
- Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international markets or global marketing teams
- Curiosity and comfort operating across regions and time zones
- Experience with Python and/or R
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or sports
