What You'll Do
As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Brazil (São Paulo and Rio) marketing operations, with a clear focus on CRM excellence and Alumni program development. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data that enables successful marketing initiatives and delivering structured insights to leadership. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.
CRM
· Ensure the integrity and organization of data in the system (cleaning, enriching and updating)
· Act as a focal point with global and local teams, including training and internal support
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate CRM effectiveness
· Generate reliable and actionable data to assist marketing initiatives and business priorities
· Ensure governance of CRM processes
· Collaborate with different business areas to maximize CRM value and impact
· Develop structured reports and dashboards to leadership
· Provide guidance and support data entry activities
Alumni
· Co-lead the local Alumni program in Brazil
· Engage senior stakeholders in a structured way to advance the Alumni agenda
· Plan and execute key initiatives, including Alumni Day
· Act as a local focal point, ensuring strong alignment with the global Alumni team
What You'll Bring
· Proven experience in CRM management (B2B companies preferred)
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to measure the impact of the efforts
· Strong project management skills
· Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
· Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
· Strong Excel skills
· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
