Prague, Czechia March 24, 2026
About the role

The Market Engagement Support (Intern) will play a hands-on role in shaping the future of TAG by supporting the Global Market Engagement Lead throughout the annual roadmap planning cycle. If you’re eager to learn, excited by complex global collaboration, and ready to make an immediate impact, this role gives you a front-row seat to how strategic decisions are made across markets.

In this internship (50% capacity over 12 months), you’ll help organize and manage the flow of market insights, track key milestones, and support the delivery of Market Fit Gap and Market Interlock activities—critical components of our global strategy. You’ll partner with regional teams around the world, ensuring consistent governance, creating crisp summaries and recommendations, and helping keep our planning engine running smoothly and on schedule.

This is a dynamic, highly collaborative role perfect for someone who is detail-driven, curious, and motivated to contribute to meaningful, enterprise-level work. You’ll build valuable experience, expand your professional network, and play a part in shaping the technology strategy that guides our markets forward.

What you’ll be doing
  • Serve as a key partner to the Global Market Engagement Lead, supporting project setup, maintenance, coordination, and reporting throughout the annual roadmap cycle.
  • Help organize, prepare, and consolidate the corporate project/program roadmap, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration across stakeholders and markets.
  • Provide support for market engagement process and tool evolvement to further increase its effectiveness
  • Collaborate with project managers, program leads, and regional Strategy & Transformation / Country Heads to gather insights and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
  • Apply and reinforce TAG ITD project management methodologies, helping teams follow PMO governance standards and established processes.
  • Monitor adherence to tollgate criteria and support teams in preparing required documentation and evidence.
  • Assist project managers in building, updating, and maintaining project plans, dashboards, and reporting tools essential to tracking progress.
  • Ensure high‑quality, accurate project data and deliverables by reviewing inputs, validating completeness, and maintaining clean documentation.
  • Analyze project information for accuracy within the project management system, helping identify gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Support effective stakeholder management by facilitating communication, preparing meeting materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Provide peer support and knowledge sharing, offering guidance to team members who are newer to the process or tools.
  • Participate in special initiatives and additional projects, contributing your energy and problem-solving skills wherever needed.
  • Champion a collaborative, innovative, and customer‑centric culture across the broader TAG program.

What You’ll Gain

  • A front‑row seat to global strategy in action. You’ll get hands‑on exposure to how markets, regions, and leadership teams shape TAG’s annual technology roadmap — a rare opportunity for an intern.
  • Real‑world project management experience. You’ll work with established methodologies, governance standards, and enterprise tools that will elevate your skillset far beyond classroom learning.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration skills. You’ll partner with stakeholders across multiple time zones and disciplines, strengthening your communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Executive‑ready communication abilities. From creating summaries to preparing presentations, you’ll learn how to turn complex information into clear insights for senior leaders.
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact. Your work directly influences planning processes, decision-making, and the quality of strategic data used across markets.
  • Professional confidence and visibility. By working closely with the Global Market Engagement Lead and regional leadership, you’ll build relationships, gain mentorship, and demonstrate your potential.
  • A stronger path to future opportunities. You’ll leave the internship with relevant experience, expanded professional networks, and a deeper understanding of how global organizations operate — setting you up for success whether you pursue a future role with us or elsewhere.
  • Growth in a supportive, collaborative environment. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas, and take initiative — all while being supported by a team invested in your development.
About you
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Interest in project management and strategic planning, with some familiarity with methodologies or PMO practices considered a plus.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute, especially in fast‑paced, highly collaborative environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
