In this role, you’ll help people own it. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Market Development Specialist to help us find innovative growth opportunities and unique partnerships across the Australian market for our B2C products: NordVPN, NordPass and Saily. As part of the marketing team, you'll be the specialist responsible for exploring strategic opportunities that go beyond our existing marketing activities, as well as sharing market insights internally, and representing the company at industry and marketing events. All initiatives must demonstrate strong ROAS potential, with clear performance metrics and ROI projections. This is a highly collaborative, supportive role, advising internal teams and bringing in new insights, without managerial authority or direct decision-making responsibilities. You’ll advise, facilitate, and proactively support initiatives driving B2C growth in our Australian market. We're seeking a self-starter who can take a conversation and turn it into real, measurable commercial success. This role requires a good level of awareness and understanding of all events within the country, spanning politics, trends, and regulations — especially developments in tourism, aviation, and travel connectivity (eSIM/roaming).
