The Opportunity 
This position works out of our Tashkent, Uzbekistan location in the EPD division.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring uninterrupted import of products through compliance with pricing regulation requirements:

• Planning and conducting price registration/re-registration; preparing and submitting dossiers; issuing powers of attorney; ensuring compliance with internal price‑approval procedures

• Participation, together with local teams, in organizing price registration in Azerbaijan and, if necessary, in other cluster countries (Turkmenistan, Tajikistan).

2. Tenders and reimbursement:

• Organizing the company’s participation in tenders (interaction with partners, preparation of proposals, control of deliveries)

• Identifying additional opportunities to expand the company’s tender sales channel (monitoring the tender segment to find opportunities for new product portfolio, inclusion in procurement lists)

• Maintaining databases and ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements

• Participation in the inclusion of products in reimbursement programs

3. Interaction with healthcare professionals on product access matters (tenders, reimbursement, patient programs)

4. Legislation monitoring: tracking changes in the healthcare sector, assessing risks and opportunities, and developing action plans

5. Logistics‑related tasks: communication with customer service, monitoring shipments to distributors, maintaining customer databases, reporting

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education.

• Experience in a similar or related field (e.g., logistics specialists, finance professionals, analysts, tender specialists may be considered).

• Experience in pricing or tender management is an advantage.

• Fluency in Russian and Uzbek.

Обязанности:

1. Обеспечение непрерывного импорта препаратов через соблюдение требований ценового регулирования:

- планирование и проведение регистрации/перерегистрации цен; подготовка и подача досье, оформление доверенностей; соблюдение внутренних процедур по утверждению цен;

- участие, совместно с локальными командами, в организации регистрации цен в Азербайджане и, при необходимости, в других странах кластера (Туркменистан, Таджикистан).

2. Тендеры и реимбурсация

- организация участия компании в тендерах (взаимодействие с партнёрами, подготовка предложений, контроль поставок);

- поиск дополнительных возможностей для расширения тендерного канала продаж компании (мониторинг тендерного сегмента для поиска возможностей для нового портфеля препаратов, включение в перечни закупок);

- ведение базы данных и соблюдение внутренних и законодательных требований;

- участие во включении препаратов в программы реимбурсации.

3. Взаимодействие со специалистами здравоохранения по вопросам доступа препаратов (тендеры, реимбурсация, пациентские программы).

4. Мониторинг законодательства : отслеживание изменений в сфере здравоохранения, оценка рисков и возможностей, формирование плана действий.

5. Логистические задачи , а именно коммуникация с кастомер сервис, мониторинг отгрузок на дистрибьюторов, ведение базы даных клиентов, отчетность.

Требования:

• Среднее или высшее образование.

• Опыт работы в похожем направлении или схожем (например, готовы рассматривать специалистов по логистике, финансистов, аналитиков, специалистов по тендерам и др.).

• Будет плюсом опыт в ценообразовании, тендерном управлении.

• Свободные русский и узбекский языки.
